I had a wonderful stay at Watersmeet! The owner warmly welcomed me with a delightful cream tea, setting the tone for a relaxing break. The apartment was just perfect, providing everything I could possibly need. The location was ideal, allowing me to explore the charming market town on foot or by kayak. The allocated parking nearby was a convenient bonus. The view from the house was truly breathtaking, and I found myself spending hours gazing out at it from the dining table. The accommodation was well-suited for a family, and the welcome pack was a thoughtful touch. I appreciated the provided amenities, such as buckets, spades, and crabbing lines. Although the mattresses were a bit lumpy, it was easily remedied with some mattress toppers. Additionally, the property was generally clean, although there were a few stray hairs that weren't ours. Nonetheless, these small drawbacks did not overshadow the overall positive experience. I highly recommend Watersmeet for a relaxing and enjoyable stay.

Great view, convenient location, parking permit. Accommodation perfect for families, welcome pack was appreciated. Loved the beach equipment provided.

Oh, just a few hairs that definitely weren't mine. How considerate of them to leave a little something to remember them by.

Watersmeet Villa was the perfect place for a short break in a charming English market town. The warm welcome pack with scones, clotted cream, and jam made for a delightful start to our holiday. The apartment was well-organized and had all the amenities we needed. The allocated parking and pleasant walk into town were convenient. The view from the dining table was absolutely amazing, and we enjoyed spending time gazing out at it. The location was ideal, allowing us to explore on foot or by kayak. We appreciated the provided buckets, spades, and crabbing lines, which added to our enjoyment.

The mattresses were a bit lumpy, but this could easily be resolved with the addition of mattress toppers. Additionally, the weather was stormy at times, causing some noisy kitchen ventilation due to wind blowing directly into it.

I had the most incredible stay at Watersmeet Villa! The moment I arrived, I was greeted by the owner who welcomed me with a delicious Cornish cream tea, tea bags, milk, and even a bottle of wine. The view from the lounge overlooking the rivers was simply breathtaking. I spent hours just sitting there, taking in the beauty. The location was perfect for exploring on foot or by kayak, and I didn't even need my car. The apartment had everything I could possibly want, and everything worked perfectly. The parking permit was a huge convenience, and the welcome pack was a nice touch. The warm and cozy atmosphere of the apartment made me feel right at home.

While the mattresses were a little lumpy, it was easily rectified with some good mattress toppers. Also, the property could benefit from some sort of external cover for the kitchen ventilation to prevent noisy wind disturbance during stormy weather.
